The process of compound fertilizers is mainly based on raw material -single basal fertilizers(urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, etc.). After being grinded to a certain fineness, material will be granulated in rolling bed of granulating machine by humidifying and heating. During granulating process, if possible and necessary, a small amount of phosphoric acid and ammonia can be added into granulating machine to improve the granulation condition. Granulated material will be made to NPK compound fertilizers after it is dried, sieved, and cooled down.
