Calcareous materials, clay raw materials and a small amount of corrected raw material are crushed and mixed in a certain proportion、finely ground and formulated to raw material with appropriate ingredient and uniform quality. The raw material is calcined in the cement kiln until partially fused to obtain clinker whose main component is silicate. After cooled it is sent to the clinker silo. The clinker is added by an appropriate amount of gypsum, mixture or additive, then is finely grounded to become cement for packing.
