Sleeve shaft double stirring beating tank was designed by JX Equipment and granted the utility model patent by State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) of Chinaon August 11, 2011. It changes the stirring part of traditional beating tank used in White Carbon Black projects into coaxial double output stirring structure which can operate both inner and outer blenders respectively. Because of shearing effect of inner and outer stirring, the beating efficiency is higher and beating effectiveness is better. Higher beating efficiency can reduce running time of beating tank and be helpful in aligning with other equipment upstream and downstream. Compared with the series-connected three level beating tank, it can significantly increase stirring efficiency, decrease floor space, and reduce energy consumption by more than 50%.
